Our story
A Chicago body shop, in the family since 1952
C & A Auto Body Shop has been repairing cars on Chicago's northwest side, minutes from O'Hare, for over seventy years. Under new ownership since January 2026, Jorge and Lorena run the shop the same way it has always been run — talk straight, fix it properly, and treat the car like it's your own.

What we stand for
Three things we don't compromise on.
Honesty
Clear, transparent communication from the moment you walk in. No hidden fees, no surprises — just an honest assessment of your vehicle's damage and what it will take to fix it right.
Trust
Earned through consistency and accountability. From your first estimate to the final walkthrough, you can count on us to deliver exactly what we promised, on time.
Quality
We don't cut corners. Every repair is held to the same professional standard, using quality parts and paint-matching technology so your car looks like nothing ever happened.
The team
People who'll actually pick up the phone.
Jorge
Runs the shop floor and handles the estimates. Customers have followed him here for over a decade because he tells you what a car actually needs, not what sells.
Lorena
Manages scheduling and insurance claims, so you're not the one chasing an adjuster for an answer while your car sits waiting on approval.
Certified work
Trained, equipped, and accountable.
Our technicians hold I-CAR and ASE credentials and work with factory paint codes, computerised colour matching and modern measuring equipment. Estimates are free, we coordinate directly with all major insurance companies, and our workmanship is guaranteed.
